Provision of 2,500 premium painted wheel stoppers for the three-level underground car park at the Opus Tower, Business Bay. The stoppers were supplied with a custom yellow and black two-tone epoxy finish applied to match the building’s internal safety colour scheme, replacing the standard concrete-grey finish specified in the base design.
Delivery was co-ordinated with the fit-out contractor to arrive post-screed, allowing direct placement without the risk of surface damage during construction activity. Each stopper was pre-drilled for bolt-down fixing to the finished parking deck.
