Etihad Rail Phase 2 required a continuous barrier line along 42 km of the rail right-of-way to prevent vehicle encroachment. Our supply of 12,000 Jersey Barriers was delivered across 9 months in 38 staged loads, with barriers placed by contractor-operated cranes working from our delivery trucks.
The programme spanned three emirates — requiring co-ordination with RTA Dubai, DoT Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah Traffic authorities for road permits on each delivery route. All documentation was managed by our compliance team.

- Production scheduling to sustain 350 units per week
